Upon booking with JB Discos, we require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date!

 

This is a contract between ourselves and the client, which must be paid within 7 days of making a reservation.

 

Please Note, Your reservation is NOT SECURE until a deposit has been received!

 

Deposits can be paid via PayPal / BACS Transfer.

A PayPal account is not required in order to make a payment, you can select pay by debit or credit card at the checkout!

 

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made with no payment of a deposit after a 7 day period!

The remaining balance must be settled in full on or before the day/night of the venue!

 

(Cancellation)

 

If cancellation occurs within 31 days prior to your venue, full payment will be required!

 

It is the responsibility of the venue/function room to hold a current music licence

and the use of safe working electrical plug sockets.

 

If we feel that we are under threat of violence or damage to any equipment during a live performance, we reserve the right to terminate without fulfilling the contract and leave with full payment!
